Course Description
Program Description Global Studies gives you flexibility to shape your degree according to your own interests. You can choose to take a range of courses across our curriculum, or do a concentration in one of our three fields of study: Peace and Conflict International Development Globalization and Culture As a Global Studies student, you'll explore how globalization challenges us to think in new ways about the relationships between citizens, communities, governments, corporations and other organizations on the world stage. You’ll gain an awareness of crucial issues like food security, human migration and Indigenous rights. You'll also learn how to conduct research and critical analysis to tackle specific problems both around the world and within your local community.
